Video: Calling Out Another Fox Lie

Here's Hannity accusing the president of saying that insurance executives are bad people. Of course, anyone who watched the speech knows that President Obama actually said, "Insurance executives don't do this because they're bad people. They do it because it's profitable."

Video: 'You Lie' Carl Cameron!

Here's Carl Cameron at the Counter-Revolutionary Media. Is this poor journalism or just Fox News telling big fat lies again? You decide!

Fair & Balanced Screenshot of the Day

The Counterrevolutionary Media just can't help themselves. The front page of their website this afternoon shows pictures of Rachel Maddow, Anderson Cooper and David Shuster with capital lettered words written across all of them reading, "TV TOILET HUMOR."

Promoting yesterday's freakshow event like a rock concert made a lot of us laugh. Now, Fox News ' feelings are hurt.  They're fighting back, exposing those left-wing media types and all of those supposed filthy jokes they've been broadcasting -- because the tea parties were such a family event. Fair & Balanced Screen-Shot of the Day

Here's the state-run counter-revolutionary media making up their own headlines yet again. The AP news story mentions earmarks but never once uses the word "pork."

Aye of Newt

Now comes this from Newt Gingrich, in a recent appearance on Bill-O The Clown's Comedy Hour, a prime-time feature of Faux News:

"I think there is a gay and secular fascism in this country that wants to impose its will on the rest of us, is prepared to use violence, to use harassment. I think it is prepared to use the government if it can get control of it. I think that it is a very dangerous threat to anybody who believes in traditional religion.”

Newt Gingrich is, of course, a prominent Republican, a former US Representative from Georgia and a former Speaker of the House (1995-1999). He has long been the darling of GOP right-wingers. In spite of obviously knowing little about fascism, he is widely regarded in conservative circles as something of an intellectual and is often considered one of the movement's most profound thinkers.

Mr. Gingrich is a tireless advocate of the sanctity of marriage and family values. He has been married three times... and divorced twice. He is also an admitted liar, cheater, adulterer and hypocrite. Quite the poster boy for today's Republican Party...

Did He Really Just Say That...?

Fred Barnes, talking head on Faux News and chief water-carrier for the Republican Party, has reached a new low - even for him. Watch this:

The next thing you know, he'll be advocating doing away with voting altogether. They say that seeing is believing. In this case, maybe not.

"Poor old people" taking up all the parking?  Incredible. Just incredible. Is this America or Tsarist Russia?

Laugh Factory: Bill O'Reilly's Electoral Map

Not only do these clowns feel no shame, they cannot be embarrassed. O'Reilly has McCain barely winning in the electoral college while Morris has Obama winning in a landslide. Besides Morris' since of reality, he suddenly feels compelled to assure the Fox News audience of this breaking news: "McCain Closing the Gap." Morris by the way also has Tennessee listed as a tossup state and Obama winning 355-133.

Now, compare these wacky projections to our own as well as 87 others.

We're still a week out and these Fox News guys are trashed already.

Far Fetched and Off Balance

Here's a partial screenshot of the state-run media's webpage this morning.  Fair & Balanced? They reported, and we've decided alright. We've decided they just can't help themselves. But do they have to look so desperate?

Wonder why Corsi would be in Kenya these days? Looking for dirt on Obama perhaps? Naw! And somehow a story about volunteers giving rides to Ohio's homeless deserves a small line right under Corsi's picture.
